She's Under Construction

She’s Under Construction began as a journal of sorts for Julie Montross. She learned quickly, in speaking to other women, that she was not alone in her constant desire to grow, to evolve and reinvent herself. When the idea of She’s Under Construction took shape, Julie was approaching her 40th birthday, seventeen years in to her career in Communications, and feeling drained by the idea that she was not where she wanted to be at 40. This platform is a space for her to put down on "paper" her ideas about growth and journey and the concept of always being on a journey.
